Returns & Exchanges
AIRE LIBRE accepts returns within 30 days of the order being received. All items must be unworn and unwashed with all original tags attached. Free from makeup, fake tan and free from any scent of deodorant, perfume or washing powder.
Any items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for any return. All FINAL SALE items will be clearly stated on the item page.
We will not process incomplete returns, so please make sure that the item that you are returning is complete. If it is not complete, your refund will not be processed, and your item(s) will be returned to you. Please be advised that all returns must be in their original condition (unused, all hang tags attached, all parts/accessories included, and packaged just like new). You will be refunded the full amount of the GARMENT, not your original shipping fee.
If you receive an item that is damaged/wrong please contact our customer care team within 10 days of receiving your order.
How to return
The bottom half of your invoice features a return menu that lets us know the reason for your return. All returned items should be accompanied by a properly completed return form, which helps us process your return quickly! Please be advised that all returns must be in their original condition (unused, all hang tags attached, all parts/accessories included, and packaged just like new).
Please allow us 2 weeks from the date that we receive your return for the refund request to be processed. Delays may occur during new releases, holidays and sales. We thank you for your patience!
AIRE LIBRE does not offer direct exchanges. We ask that you return the merchandise for a full refund and place a new order for the preferred item(s) at your earliest convenience.
